So, here's the deal. I own this farm in Costa Rica. Have owned it for a number of years. We lived there for a while. The place is gorgeous beyond any words that I can find to describe it. I began making a website for the place many years ago, and through the years, it has undergone many transformations. The latest version of my site is here at the Etlingera Farms web site. Until recently, we had no intention of putting our farm in Costa Rica for sale. It was our own little tropical hide-away, and we considered it like our private rain forest retreat. So, the web page that I have at http://www.etlingerafarms.com does not really reflect our desire to sell. It is kind of a fun, and kind of informative webpage that more or less grew out of a tropical hobby. As a consequence, that particular page, ranks about 10,000 in all of the popular search engines.
I have been reading about search engine optimization, and it looks to me like the only way to help my webpage rankings so that people know my rainforest retreat in Costa Rica for sale is to destroy my page with blogs and things that have nothing to do with Etlingera Farms. And, I really don't want to do that. I kind of like the page as it is.
However, while I was sitting there in the jungle, and with internet, I had a lot of time to register a lot of domain names. So, I decided that rather than destroy my original webpage to let people know that I have a Costa Rican farm for sale in the rain forest jungle of Costa Rica that is only minutes from Guapiles, a major Costa Rica city, I would take advantage of some of my unused domain names to tell people a little bit about Etlingera Farms, and then ask them to visit our pages. This way, I don't have to destroy the original page just so that I can increase my ranking. I hope to spread the word this way.
Therefore, after I tell you about the highlights of our most beautiful farm for sale in Costa Rica, I'm going to put a few lines of tags that only serve the purpose of helping us to get noticed. But, here are the features:
We have our very own private river with about 310 meters of shoreline. That's more than 3 football fields in length. One can comfortably bathe in the nude in this river. I can personally attest to this.
We have 77 acres of tropical beauty which includes approximately 5 acres of banana plantation. There are 2 Tilapia ponds, and there are also 2 gigantic barns. In addition to the 3 stall pig-pen, we have 3 habitable houses with complete utilities.
We are only 6 miles from the city of Guapiles. And, Guapiles is a 45 minute drive from the capital city of San Jose, Costa Rica. By car, it takes us about an hour to travel to San Jose. By bus, it takes closer to two hours. The bus stops in front of our farm twice a day, and the last time I took the bus trip to San Jose, the cost was approximately 3 dollars. It is one of the last bargains left in this universe.
In addition to the houses, the utilities, the barns, the pens, and the River which is called Rio Blanco, We have a couple of year round streams that pass through this property for sale in Costa Rica. And, we also planted about 20,000 trees for the legacy and also for harvesting. I think I remember calculating that our trees would at harvest time be worth about $100 each. We have no idea when or how to harvest. But, the time is getting near.
We also have flowers galore all over the place. They grow wild in our jungle.
